I received email stating that I needed to call to process my order. I called & was transferred 9 times to every non English speaking person. Then I was told I needed to speak to finance & they weren't available although the email stated they were available 24/7. I immediately got another 2 emails to call. I called again, transferred another 6 times. Finally I just asked to cancel my order. If you can't transfer the phone to the correct person how can I expect you to deliver flowers to Colorado.
