Absolutely disgraceful that a company with their reputation would FAIL to deliver flowers before Christmas. I would never order from FTD again as they FAILED to deliver a Christmas bouquet to my sister on the 23rd. I am beyond disappointed and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Shame on you, FTD.
