I hate to add to the list of disappointing Christmas orders, but I had the same experience as many of you. Ordered flowers for delivery to a family member on 12/24. Called three times. Was told to wait another day for the vendor to respond to the request. Finally requested a refund today. Was sent an email confirming it would be 1-3 days for a full refund. All calls are routed to a call center in India. It's sad that a company that we all thought was reputable is not anymore.
I've had great experiences with Pro Flowers and nothing like this has ever happened. I will never use FTD again. Funny that they ask for photos, but impossible to provide when the product never gets delivered. What a scam.
