I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using FTD. I ordered flowers a week ago for a special occasion, specifically scheduled for delivery on 1/22/25, but they never arrived. This lack of reliability has ruined what was supposed to be a memorable event. I had chosen this florist based on their reputation for timely service, but unfortunately, they did not deliver as promised.
I would not recommend this service to anyone who values timely delivery, as it can lead to significant disappointment.
