FTD Has Inferior Customer Service. Inferior Products
Poor customer service. Wrote incorrect address on delivery. Item was returned to FTD by UPS because apparently whoever is writing addresses is of lower intelligence. How do you mess up a business addresss? Low quality product and service. I’ll never use FTD again. Better to support my mom and pop shops.
