I received a bouquet that was advertised as having "15 stems". It was 12, and it's clear from the packaging that's what they intended to send. One was broken, 6 were wilted and couldn't be revived. I complained to FTD but only got robo answers since I hadn't purchased the flowers. I certainly don't want to complain to the person who bought them for me, but I hope they never use FTD again. Quality was terrible, and since I had to look up the bouquet type to see what I was supposed to receive, I know they payed $60 for what would have been about $15 in the local grocery store, and would have been in much better shape.
