I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift set with flowers and others items on February 6th.they let me set a specific time for delivery which was for February 14th at 9:00am and now it’s 5:00 pm and I still haven’t received no call or email saying product is out for delivery,so I finally call customer service and now they telling me my delivery time is from anywhere from 9:00am -6:00pm and apologize for the inconvenience,
