I’m only leaving a one star because it won’t allow me to leave zero or negative stars. This company is awful to deal with and I’m not 100% it’s not a scam! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day and I kept tracking them and all it said delivery scheduled and finally I got an email at 7 o’clock at night saying it was delivered and it was never delivered. I wait on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to someone who has no idea what they’re doing, and I could hardly understand who continues to tell me that they need to speak to the florist to see if the flowers were delivered. Save your money purchase flowers elsewhere. I will never do business with this company again.
