The flowers, being a gift, arrived appearing wilted, smashed from packaging, and almost dead. The vase selected was suppose to be red, but clear one was given instead. I reached out immediately and asked that a new order, or for a refund, and only a 20% refund was offered. I will NOT ever purchase from this company.
