I am extremely dissatisfied with FTD. Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s to be delivered 02/14. Email received from FTD saying delayed delivered. I called 02/14 and was informed would still be delivered by 5pm. No delivery came. On 02/15 received email delivered. No delivery came. If not delivered before 5pm today then the address will have to change as she will not be there again until next weekend. Unacceptable. The address and business name for delivery is correct. The store was open 9am-730pm on 02/14 & 2/15 and noone came to deliver. Flowers were important as my father died and before he passed he requested my mother to have flowers sent to her from him ON Valentine’s day...not days later. Very unhappy with my FTD membership and to offer me 30% off for flowers to be delivered days later and a lie that they had been delivered is not the quality of customer service that I would expect from FTD.
