Never again. My sisters service was 2 hours viewing then funeral. I ordered nice spray. FTD gave the order to a florist an hour away from the funeral home and in a different time zone. The flowers arrived just a short time before the funeral and basically were there long enough to get tossed in the cemetary. CALL A LOCAL FLORIST OR GO THROUGH THE FUNERAL HOME. NEVER USE FTD FOR SOMETING IMPORTANT
