Ok arrangement but LATE. Delivery issues did not show for the day of delivery as promised/Paid for. Superviser promised a full refund plus free next day delivery. I thought that was amazing. The next day as they promised to deliver they did but never came through on the refund. Then I called to follow up and the said "I refused the refund!" Who would refuse a refund??
My friend did get the flowers but a day late after the event but the arrangement was very pretty.
