I cannot express enough how awful of an experience this was. I ordered a large bouquet for my mother's birthday. Come day of delivery, I had to call 15-minutes before the delivery window ended at 8:00 PM (9:00AM-8:00PM delivery window). The receptionist was incredibly apathetic, but offered a refund of my shipping/delivery fee ($24.98) and a rescheduled delivery to the next day. I received an email early the next morning notifying me of a refund of $5.48. That doesn't even cover taxes for the order. I call back to simply cancel the entire order and get a full refund. Again, totally apathetic customer service rep. Went back and forth and tried to offer 30% refund. Finally got it fully cancelled and the refund in processing... If I will actually get all of my money back, we will see... Will NEVER order here again and highly recommend you don't either. Awful experience.
