On March 12, 2025, I realized that I couldn't attend my oldest friend's birthday dinner in another state. I decided to send flowers. I ordered 36 long stemmed yellow roses at a cost of a little over $200 to be delivered on Friday, March 14. My friend texted me a thank you with a picture attached.
There were only a dozen flowers delivered. I was embarrassed and angry. I immediately used the contact form on the FTD email and provided my order#, my email address & my phone #. I asked for a refund. Today is March 19. I have heard nothing nor have I received a refund. All the response I have received are daily marketing emails. I will never use FTD again. And now I will get American Express involved. This is pitiful service and horrible customer service. This is wrong.
