I received an email from them saying they’d be in touch to arrange a delivery slot. After several days and no call I had to phone them. Arranged a time and took time off work. Instead of a 7 am delivery I got a text saying the van had broken down and delivery was rescheduled for later in the week. A company with integrity would have hired another van ( if that excuse was true)
A low integrity company to be avoided. Any trading company would be better off avoiding them for fear of damaging their own reputation by guilt by association.
