Shocking customer service, delivered a mattress in a plastic cover which was covered in dirt which left dirt on my newly decorated wall wher they left it, there was also damage to the cover which meant there was dirt on the mattress as well. I was told at the point of order at Lee Longlands that the mattress would be delivered to our room of choice.
Furdeco refused and left it in the hall.
How am I supposed to get it up the stairs on my own? Terrible ,Shocking Customer Service
