Emails and phone calls to notify me of date and time of delivery, it was only a 2-hour window which meant I wasn't twiddling my thumbs for hours waiting to take delivery!
We live in a pretty remote spot but the driver found us easily.
The two guys were polite, professional, proficient and friendly ☺
