Great communication pre delivery, easy to contact when needed to change delivery slot. 3 hour slot advised day before for 7am-10am. Telephone call before arrival, never heard it mind as was in shower 😁. Lads arrived at 6.40am! Unit was brought into house and left where I wanted it to be. No problems, nice lads
