Good communication before delivery and driver kept in touch with timescale on the day. Men would not take away packaging which was large and would have been difficult for me to dispose. Unfortunately item was faulty and had to be taken back so thankfully I still had packaging. Again Company kept me informed of collection details and driver phoned on the way to uplift items.
