Furdeco (who I've never had experience with before) were excellent in keeping me informed throughout the process, by email, text, and phone.
The driver carried out my instructions of where to leave my package if he got there before I managed to get home, and the package was in very good condition, with no damage whatsoever (which is unusual for deliveries these days).
