Delivery guys sounds very impatient, no calls at all before arrival; only called when showed up at the door and when we told them we are on our way, only get asked rudely and repeatedly ''how long'' ''5 mins wait is ok but no longer''
I think management is at fault here that their team is too stressed for too short time framed delivery slots when they are delivering heavy bulky furniture which takes longer time obviously to carry and move around!
