Great communication and delivery details beforehand. Delivery guys very pleasant and respectful. Would have given five stars but they refused to carry up to first floor (we live in a coach house). Left in box in garage for hubby to bring up and build later (I better get him some beers in!). Just something to be mindful of if you live in a first floor property. But other than that generally very happy.
