Quick and efficient. I was told the day and given a time slot. I then received a phone call with an approx time. My only issue is that I found it hard to understand the delivery driver on the phone. Without being rude. His accent was so strong I needed to ask him to repeat several times. It would help if drivers where English is not their first language spoke as silly as possible. It would help.
