Furdeco contacted me by email giving me the delivery date followed up with a reminder and delivery time slot, on day of delivery driver rang to confirm address and arrived about 15 minutes later. Delivery guys brought the radiator into the hall positioned it safely and left, all in all a very good service, delivery guys polite and efficient
