I was happy with the service received, from the initial communication right to the actual delivery. I was notified of the delivery date a few days ahead, followed by allocated time slot a day before. There was the option to change the date and time but as I didn't need to do it, I can't comment on how easy or difficult it is.
Two gentlemen arrived with my new mattress on time, both were polite. They took it upstairs, I don't know whether it was included in the service or not, but either way I was very grateful that they did.
