Retailer informed me that delivery was set for Monday however Furdeco were unable to deliver until the following day and were quite blunt when telling me that they were ‘not in my area’ on Monday.
Delivery day was very different. Very polite delivery staff who made sure I was happy with the condition of the product before they left. Also placed it where requested within our house which meant I didn’t have to man handle it to its final location. Very happy with this part of the service
