Emailed a few days before with ETA, Rang beforehand on the day. When they arrived they checked it was for me then unloaded the freezer. I told them to leave in the box outside the house but the kept offering to help unpack and position it, which they did. Then off onto their next job.
Excellent service, very polite. Well recommended.
