Furdeco sent me a text on Saturday 10/08/24 to arrange collection on the 12/08/24. The time slot i was given for a collection was between 12-15, this was not convenient. They said contact them by phone to change if any problems. By the time i picked this text up it was to late to phone as they are only available till 3.pm Monday to Saturday. I phoned first thing Monday morning and left message. I received a text at 12.04 to say they would be with me in around 40-90 minuets. They clearly did not pick up my message. They then phoned me from the office and i told them again it was not convenient, i was told they would get back to me with an alternative date.The collection was arrange through The Range. The item was being sent back due to damage and missing part. I have been in touch with The Range several times who tell me they have emailed Furdeco a few times but they are still waiting for a response. It is now 12 and i am still waiting.
