Five Scheduled Deliveries. None took place.
I received confirmation texts and emails including time slot. The first two Scheduled Deliveries I received a reschedule on the morning of expected delivery. The three other failed deliveries I had to chase them up.
Their Customer Service is appalling. On some calls you will wait for 25 minutes and an automated message will advise no one is available and cut off. When you do eventually speak to someone they are very unhelpful. Promise the world and fail to deliver anything.
After three weeks and five failed deliveries with the item never leaving the warehouse, The Range cancelled my order.
Moving things around in your personal life including kids, work, school runs on five separate occasions is anxiety filling and frustrating when the item never arrived nor even leaves a warehouse.
I will now check who the delivery company is before ordering online.
