Order was for chair (45kg) and settee (87kg) but for reasons unknown delivered on separate days, items brought through rear gate and left on patio for myself wife and I, both OAP’s, to get into house and assemble ourselves then dispose of packaging. Delivery staff polite enough but that was it.
