I ordered a Nordmann Fir for £100 from this company through B&Q, it died within a few days and was dropping needles extensively.
I asked for a replacement or refund and they refused, telling me I killed the tree. I used a plant identifier app on the tree which told me it was not a Nordmann Fir at all, and that it was sick.
Worst customer service and even worse quality products
