Lovingly packed for two sticks and one leaf. Yes I asked for a 9cm pot but it will take more than a packet of fungus to get this poor thing growing for £6 plus postage the salvia was an insult. I gave you a try and sadly not impressed.

I ordered 4 3 ltr pot dahlias! They’ve arrived with not a single bloom or bud on them, and also no label showing me what they are! I paid almost £16 each for these plus postage and packing! Was told to return them if I want my money back! This would be difficult to pack, so I’m lumbered with them! Disappointed and annoyed!!

Genuine complaints are not taken seriously I specifically wanted 4 different Acers. When the 4 arrived 2 were identicaI despite having different names. I was told, "We’ve checked with our growers, and they’ve confirmed that Acer 'Taylor' and Acer 'Iyoshi' are indeed the same variety. It is commonly labelled as 'Iyoshi' in Europe and as 'Taylor' in the UK, but both refer to the same distinctive cultivar". I was not happy with this response and replied "If the Iyoshi and Taylor are in fact the same then why sell label/advertise differently. The Iyoshi detail is also different in its description it states its an usual variety of Japanese maple with graceful foliage with bright green leaves. The description of the Taylor is 5 lobed, with colour changing leaves starting pink. I am not happy with your reply and feel I have been misled" The final and most insulting I cant be bothered reply: Thank you for sharing your concerns. We appreciate your feedback regarding the product descriptions and understand how this can be confusing. Product descriptions can vary by region due to differences in naming conventions and marketing strategies. This sometimes leads to different descriptions for essentially the same product. We strive to provide accurate and consistent information, and we apologise if this has caused any confusion. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will certainly review our product descriptions to ensure clarity for our customers. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please let us know. Have a great day! Thankyou Gardeners Dream. Date of experience: 05 June 2025

Gardeners dream....Gardeners nightmare Ordered a Acer Taylor from here and when it arrived it sadly was of poor quality with 2 main branches crossed over and a big 10 inch piece snapped off, they agreed a replacement which was sent however the replacement was in an unlabelled pot and in fact not a Taylor at all but in fact one called Butterfly, I tackled them about this and they claim their supplier said it was what I ordered!, first things first why would a large company like Gardeners dream take the word of a third party supplier who supplied a plant in an unlabelled pot?!!, this in itself is unacceptable as it could be anything but in this case Butterfly, I put this replacement up next to the Butterfly I have and they are exactly the same, even other Acer enthusiasts have said its Butterfly!. Beware if you considering purchasing from here especially if they take the word of a third party supplier that the item is correct even if its unlabelled, didn't even offer to change it. Won't be using gardeners dream again, it's a nightmare.

I bought some petunia bedding plants online via bandq and was very disappointed with the quality. There were only 2 flowers almost dead and hardly any buds visible on the others. I have purchased from Gardeners Dream previously and have mostly been pleased with the quality.

What a rip off! Plants are tiny and one was half dead with yellowing leaves. Not as advertised, paid quite a bit for poor quality cuttings. Lesson learnt! Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 plants from Gardeners Dream in January - both were diseased and failed to grow. The first Sambucus Nigra Black Beauty Black Elder Deciduous Shrub was replaced by them with a healthy “shrub” although it is only the size of a credit card! The second Dragons Claw Willow tree was purchased at £104.99 - it had some dieback on arrival and was trimmed - just over 4 months later it is now clearly dying of a fungal infection/virus which was present on purchase - unfortunately Gardeners Dream tell me they do not replace trees after 16 weeks even though photos clearly showing the diseased areas were sent. This purchase has turned into a very bad and costly experience - I would expect a replacement from a reputable plant supplier within the first 6 months of growth for a tree at this price. I will not be buying from them again and I would not recommend purchasing plants from this company.

Very poor service. My plant arrived in poor condition. After reporting it and sending pics my concern was dismissed saying monitor the plant for 7 days. Very disappointed with this company and its customer service.

I ordered a fushcia plant and paid 10.68 and was very disappointed with what arrived. It was a tiny pot with lots of leaves and no blossoms or flowers at all. I contacted customer service and was not given a satisfactory response or a possible refund, even though I fairly said I would be happy with just a partial refund. I will never buy anything again from this business and will advise my friends and family to also avoid this company. Sharon Kelleher

I have ordered few plants and one of my plant costs £8.99 which was dead. Then the other issue i had was my wisteria plant which costed £79.99 and they advertised is pink but when i looked at the plant label it's pale pink. I bought two Geranium Mavis Simpson, described as 15-25cm tall (including pot which was 9cm tall. Each plant cost £8.92 so I was expecting a reasonably mature plant. What I received were two tiny plug plants which had been pushed jauntily into a 9cm pot. The growth on the plant being 1cm high. I contacted the company asking for a return label as the plants did not match the description. This was refused and the company are refusing to acknowledge my emails. Disgusting.

I ordered a Nordmann Fir for £100 from this company through B&Q, it died within a few days and was dropping needles extensively. I asked for a replacement or refund and they refused, telling me I killed the tree. I used a plant identifier app on the tree which told me it was not a Nordmann Fir at all, and that it was sick. Worst customer service and even worse quality products
