Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Scammers! I've ordered beautiful colorful Heather's as per their website add. What I received was a joke. Tiny not grown dry little plants. Customer service at bottom of professionalism. They kept on about measures etc and said all is good. They've agreed for return, yet they refused collection and made me pay for it, when it is clearly their fault. Misleading add and item different to what's in description. Obvious violation of Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have pictures for evidence and even measure for them to proof their baseless excuses. They're refunded the order but not the return cost. I have report scam to Trading Standards. Highly not recommended.
