“Had an issue with the courier who delayed my order. The coyrier told me to contact gardeners dream to get my delivery charges back via email but got completely ignored. My berberis plant had powdery mildew on one of them. Really disappointed and was my first time buying from this company.”

“Absoluter Garten-Alptraum - Pflanzen kommen zwar schnell, aber kraftlos,klein, verkümmert und/oder in erbärmlichem Zustand an. Das ist die unmöglichste Pflanzenlieferung, die ich jemals erhalten habe. Von 5 Pflanzen sind 2 nicht zu retten, die anderen 3 mal abwarten. Nie wieder eine Bestellung bei dieser Firma.”

“I would not recommend this company. I paid extra for express delivery, yet my order arrived 3 days late. When I tried to contact customer service, the advertised phone number did not work, and emails were either answered very slowly or ignored altogether. To make matters worse, the plants arrived looking wilted and stressed. I sent clear photographs showing their condition, but the company dismissed my concerns and claimed the plants were perfectly healthy. They also refused to cover the return costs, leaving me out of pocket for a problem that was not of my making. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a disappointing overall experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Very small plants delivered. Over £10 EACH for rosemary plants barely 5” high. £64 for an acer just over 2ft!! They reply by saying they measure from the bottom of the pot! As if that makes it any better value.”

“Ok. Honestly. Just avoid this seller at all costs. It's been an absolutely disgraceful experience. 2 orders placed. 2 days given for delivery. 2 failed deliveries. 2 cancelled orders by them, after the delivery date. 2 lots of completely incompetent dialogue with the seller. And at the end of it all. I have no product and no refund.”

“Well, the courier was good but nothing else ! Wrong plant colour sent and was very tatty . No apology , wouldn't exchange , wouldn't accept my word without a pic and I don't have a mobile phone so I have paid for nothing. Will never use again !!!!!”

“Absolute scam. Ordered a beautiful Xmas tree and paid £250 which was happy to pay for what was show in the advert. Unfortunately, the shabby tree that arrived was nothing like the one advertised”

“Inefficient delivery process caused a big transit, delay resulting in a poor quality Christmas tree on arrival. Customer service was as lazy as it was incompetent - absolutely nothing done to rectify the situation. Shop somewhere else!”

“Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Scammers! I've ordered beautiful colorful Heather's as per their website add. What I received was a joke. Tiny not grown dry little plants. Customer service at bottom of professionalism. They kept on about measures etc and said all is good. They've agreed for return, yet they refused collection and made me pay for it, when it is clearly their fault. Misleading add and item different to what's in description. Obvious violation of Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have pictures for evidence and even measure for them to proof their baseless excuses. They're refunded the order but not the return cost. I have report scam to Trading Standards. Highly not recommended.”

“Plants arrived tiny! I could bought big plants from a decent garden centre for what I paid for these. One plant was mouldy and one looks like it’s literally been cut from a big plant. All the halved ones are tall and skinny!”

“Lovingly packed for two sticks and one leaf. Yes I asked for a 9cm pot but it will take more than a packet of fungus to get this poor thing growing for £6 plus postage the salvia was an insult. I gave you a try and sadly not impressed.”

“I ordered 4 3 ltr pot dahlias! They’ve arrived with not a single bloom or bud on them, and also no label showing me what they are! I paid almost £16 each for these plus postage and packing! Was told to return them if I want my money back! This would be difficult to pack, so I’m lumbered with them! Disappointed and annoyed!!”

“Genuine complaints are not taken seriously I specifically wanted 4 different Acers. When the 4 arrived 2 were identicaI despite having different names. I was told, "We’ve checked with our growers, and they’ve confirmed that Acer 'Taylor' and Acer 'Iyoshi' are indeed the same variety. It is commonly labelled as 'Iyoshi' in Europe and as 'Taylor' in the UK, but both refer to the same distinctive cultivar". I was not happy with this response and replied "If the Iyoshi and Taylor are in fact the same then why sell label/advertise differently. The Iyoshi detail is also different in its description it states its an usual variety of Japanese maple with graceful foliage with bright green leaves. The description of the Taylor is 5 lobed, with colour changing leaves starting pink. I am not happy with your reply and feel I have been misled" The final and most insulting I cant be bothered reply: Thank you for sharing your concerns.
