"I bought two Geranium Mavis Simpson, described as 15-25cm tall (including pot which was 9cm tall. Each plant cost \u00a38.92 so I was expecting a reasonably mature plant. What I received were two tiny plug plants which had been pushed jauntily into a 9cm pot. The growth on the plant being 1cm high. I contacted the company asking for a return label as the plants did not match the description. This was refused and the company are refusing to acknowledge my emails. Disgusting."

"I ordered Heuchera Wild Rose to add to one I already had. When it arrived it was clear to me that it was not the right variety. It was much darker than the description on their website and it was clearly very different from the one I already owned. I contacted customer services and they insisted it was correct. I have enclosed a photo of the plant I received and the photo on their website. I was disappointed by my purchase and the dismissive response from the company. I won\u2019t be buying from them again."

"I wish I had read all the negative reviews posted online, I would definitely not have placed an order. I paid just over \u00a321.00 for two plants that were difficult to find locally. When they arrived I was so disappointed to find that including the pot they were barely 25cm in total height. They consisted of three dead twigs in each pot, there were no buds showing or signs of life. In the past two weeks no shoots have appeared. This is my first time ordering plants online, they were bought as a Mothers Day gift but are not fit to give as a present.."

"More like Gardeners Nightmare! My \u00a384 Christmas tree arrived squeezed in a tiny narrow box - two branches broken, and many branches especially at the bottom had been trimmed off. Assumed it was mercilessly trimmed to fit the transportation box, as the shape is totally odd - not conical but more cylinder. The tip of the tree is missing so nowhere to place a star - the side stalk is the one which takes the tree to the required 4ft height, but you cannot place a star on it as it is growing diagonally. Total disaster - I had to buy a replacement from local garden centre costing an extra 60 pounds, but at least that looks like a Christmas tree. Emailing the company customer service didn't do anything - 'management said' that 'the tree is fine' and 'won't be issuing the refund' or collecting the order.\r\nBeware, spend your money elsewhere!"
