I placed an order worth over £80 for spring bulbs in September. I received an email on the 4th September saying the full order had been dispatched. Whilst waiting for the order I purchased all my autumn/winter flowering plants ready to be planted over the bulbs. When the bulbs hadn't arrived by 12th September I sent an email to Gardeners Dream which was ignored. I phoned this morning only to be told that the order had not been fulfilled because they were still waiting for stock. This is customer service at its absolute worst. Gardeners Dream is a Gardeners Nightmare
