I ordered two Van Gogh cypress trees, described as being between 120 and 150cms tall. The specimens that arrived were barely 100cm tall and were thin and immature looking. Like others, I have had no response at all from the company, despite raising a 'Support Ticket' and sending an e-mail over a week ago. This appears to be the 'modus operandi' for Gardening Express, simply to ignore any complaints and negative feedback I am annoyed with myself for not reading reviews of this company before doing business with it. Had I done so, I would have gone elsewhere and you would be well advised to do likewise.
