I ordered 8 plants to fill a gap in our hedge. No telephone number to ask questions, but had some email communication to give me an idea of spacing required. All OK so far.
Then after ordering, two of my eight plants arrived.
Confused, I called to see where the other 6 were?
Assured they were coming soon... well four did, three days later. The other two got 'lost in transit' so I was offered a refund.
No apology, and nothing done to make amends.
The plants themselves were OK but you couldn't make it up!
