I had a large expensive order but three plants arrived in very poor condition one was dead, the other two were so badly packaged the stems were all broken off. I complained and was told to water them. I duly watered them they of course were still dead and all the stems remained broken. I emailed again but no reply. I wrote a letter to the owner but he has never had the curtsy to reply. I am very disappointed at their very poor customer service. I have had no refunds for any of the three useless plants . I had spent a lot of money and I have never had such poor customer service from a garden company. In contrast Thomson and Morgan delivered one plant that was not in good condition but they replied to my email immediately and refunded me immediately, their service was excellent unlike Garden Express who never bothered to reply to my letter or emails. Thomson and Morgan’s customer service was excellent and I had a refund in less than 24 hours . You judge a company on how well they handle when you have a problem with the product.
