Terrible customer service which has turned non existent. Spent around £130.
Waited ages for delivery.
Lavender practically dead.
Plant in smaller than advertised pots. Other plants were fairly small in general. One had brown leaves.
Complained, had an initial response 21st June, asking me for details, I responded quickly with their required answers. Nearly 3 weeks later I have heard nothing back and am left with 2 plants which I can't throw/plant or return because I've had no response.
