They failed to deliver most of the items in my order and have failed to reply to repeated requests for a refund. They simply do not reply to their online forms (which is the only way to contact them).
I am still trying to get a refund seveal weeks after placing my order and am now reporting them to Trading Standards.
Awful company and a rip-off organisation - they should not be allowed to trade.
