Echoing the comments below. My order was a month late and consisted of 3 dead aliums and 3 dying and now dead lupins. I have complained 4 times and received no response to my refund requests. Terrible customer service. Any complaints disappear into the ether and you get no email notification copying you in and no helpline number. Which I suspect is all designed to make it as hard to complain as possible. Refund still not received for an order placed in early June.
