Received a half dead undersized not as advertised bamboo plant .
Complained to them numerous times . Extremely unwilling to refund or exchange plant . Totally against my statutory consumer rights .
Levi the customer service person . Extremely unhelpful and rude .
After reading many other reviews and finding out they have been investigated by BBC watchdog .
I wished I had never used them. I never will again . Disgusting company.
