I made an order in May 2025 for trees, roses and some bulbs. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days. Got a parcel after 6 weeks with numerous emails and requests on the website with an automated reply.
2 out of 3 trees were dead, 1 was missing. 3 out of 4 roses were dead. Bulbs were missing.
Until today, September 2025, sending emails with no reply or resolution.... The website is complete SCAM as for me. The most awful experience, service and quality.
