I've sent over 30 photos of the dying damaged plants and pots and after 3 weeks got an email to say not enough evidence and to photograph the plants out of their pots. 3 weeks on and the plants are dead and waiting for the bin. No communication, complete rip off company. I've referred my problem to trading standards as goods faulty abd no one attempting to rectify.
