Appalling company in our experience - time and again, claims rejected. They'll do anything to avoid paying out.
I understand from our vet that our experience is far from an isolated one, they're "blacklisted" by them whereby anyone unfortunate enough to have one of their policies has to pay themselves upfront, whereas more reputable policies are accepted pending claim (and direct payment less excess).
Simply put: avoid these shysters at all costs, they're cheap for a reason.
