Our Boston terrier Marvin is dying of cancer following discovery and removal of a mast cell tumour which was unfortunately high grade.
They have refused to pay out on the claim and are using any excuse to say the condition was pre-existing.
They are even trying to link it to the fact that 5 years ago Marvin was bitten by a dog which left a small scar, what the hell would that have to do with it?
If you value your pets wellbeing do not use this company !!
