Received an email this morning for pre Authorisation for a Patella operation booked in for Monday.
They are using a clause exclusions 1.3 1.31 Bilateral where it can happen on either side of the body.
Well I shall be taking this further as some others have done so starting with the Financial Ombudsman.
They have agreed a lump removal. Think everyone should see where I am coming from. They don't want to pay out. Even the referral team agree it is incorrect.
