For pets over 8 years old , the policies offered are not worth a carrot.
excuse after excuse on why claims have been declined , I had two policies and on each claim made certain exclusions deducted, I would shop anywhere else ,other may be more expensive , but it will worth it long term , staff hear are heartless. on line it claimed £250 on death of pet payout not a dime
