Like so many other customers we have been trying to claim on our policy. Months of waiting they now want more money BEFORE they will look at claim! As others found out they spend more time avoiding paying out than they do in resolving claims. DO NOT use this company - they do NOT listen to complaints and ignore all requests. Useless sums them up.
